Install, uninstall and update program

Installation

1. Launch the setup file Secure Disk.exe from Secure Disk or download it from the site http://www.gosecure.eu.
   
   
2. Follow the instructions on the program setup.
   
3. When the setup is completed you'll be asked to reboot the computer. It's necessary for the final completion of the program setup.
   
4. After the reboot, you can start Secure Disk.

Before installing Secure Disk, make sure there is no other disk encryption software installed on the computer.

Uninstall

To delete Secure Disk do the following :

1. Open the Windows control panel.
   
   
2. Choose the item "Installation and Deletion of the program".
   
   
3. Choose Secure Disk in the list of the installed software.
   
   
4. Press the "Delete" button.
   
   
5. Secure Disk will be deleted.

Please note that:

1. Secure Disk can't be deleted if the system disk is encrypted;
   
   
2. If you have encrypted disks (not system) you will lose access to them after Secure Disk is deleted. To get access to them, you should install Secure Disk again;
   
   
3. Before deleting, you should close Secure Disk if it's launched.
