System Requirements
1. Smartphone on the base of OS Symbian S60 3rd FP1 or later version *
2. Providing by your mobile service provider of CSD (Circuit Switched Data) service**
3. Your phone number (SIM-card) should have an access to CSD service ***
* Here is a list of smartphones suitable for Secure Phone
** CSD (Circuit Switched Data) service is provided by most of mobile service providers
*** most of mobile service providers give free access to CSD channel by default
You can check if CSD service is available for your phone number (SIM-card) by making a test call: you need to get free test Secure Phone program, install it and activate on your smartphone. Then you can make secure calls to your friends who should have Secure Phone on his smartphone too.
Also you can contact a service center of your mobile service provider and check if CSD service is able with the carrier or if it isn't how you can go about getting this feature.

Installation
To install Secure Phone you need:
1. To get individual installation file of Secure Phone program *
2. To connect applicable smartphone that you are going to use for Secure Phone to PC through USB-port**
3. To pass through installation procedure for Secure Phone program by using a software package Nokia PC Suite applicable for this particular smartphone
* It's provided individually.
**Nokia PC Suite is a software package used to establish an interface between Nokia mobile devices and computers that run Microsoft Windows operating system. The software is on CD included into the smart phone set.

Creating of the shortcut
For convenient use of Secure Phone we recommend you to create the shortcut of the program on "desktop" of the smart phone. For this you should do the following:

Phone menu > Tools > Settings > General > Personalization > Standby mode > Active standby applications (or - Links) > Choose Secure Phone in one of the fields > OK

Using Secure Phone
To make secured calls (protected from wiretapping) it is required Secure Phone be installed on the phone which you call from as well as on the phone which you call to and CSD (Circuit Switched Data) service to be accessible for both these phones. Most of mobile service providers give free access to CSD channel by default.
